2. You have to have a website. I mean where are you going to put your button/banner if you don't.

3. I am not going to care whether your site sucks or whether it looks cool because I have had trouble in the past and it was hard for myself to get in. But if it looks like a site I would like( I like alot of sites), I will recommend you to people.
